Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this website, why, who handles it for us, and how to have it deleted. Effective October 23, 2026.
Contact forms. Your name, business name, email address, your message, and a statement if you attach one. The form sends this to us by email so we can reply.
Statement checkup. The statement you upload, the numbers we read from it, and the results. An email address and business details only if you choose to give them. To keep the free checkup from being abused, we also keep a random browser cookie and a scrambled version of your internet address (never the address itself), used only to apply the daily limits.
Application. The pre-application asks for the business, ownership, and banking details needed to open a merchant account. It's an encrypted form that goes straight to us.
We don't use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Only to answer you, review your processing costs, prepare a proposal, and, if you apply, open and service your account. To open an account we share your application with the processor and bank that will provide it. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
Vercel hosts this website and its forms.
Resend delivers form messages and checkup reports by email.
Supabase stores checkup statements and results, encrypted, in the United States.
Anthropic provides the AI that reads uploaded statements for the checkup. It processes the statement to produce your results.
Cloudflare runs the bot check on our forms and the checkup.
Jotform runs the encrypted application form.
Google Fonts serves the fonts this site uses, so Google sees your internet address when a page loads.
If you tick "Delete my statement" on the checkup, the file is deleted when your results are delivered and your details within the hour after. We keep only the savings figures, with no name attached. Otherwise we keep statements and messages for as long as they're useful for your review or account, and delete them when you ask.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, through our contact page. Because we don't track you across sites, browser "Do Not Track" settings don't change anything here. This site isn't meant for children and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
